’n Eis zapfen.
Loyalty that fits the shop.
A distinctive ice cream concept, three locations and one shared customer programme. For Ronny Heymann and Annett Adler, Treuli connects visits to the shop with digital points and rewards.

A business with its own character.
Ronny Heymann and Annett Adler opened their first shop in Frankenberg in April 2023. Guests build their own sundaes: choose a cup size, serve the soft ice cream and add their favourite toppings.
The project described here covers three locations. Since March 2026, the ’n Eis café on Hainichen’s market square has added seating, pastries and hot drinks. The customer programme is intended to connect those different kinds of visits.
A shared process for guests and staff.
The business needed digital customer loyalty that fits the daily work of a local hospitality team. Points should connect to purchases, rewards should be clear and updates should be managed centrally.
- Participation without a mandatory app download
- A recognisable programme in the shop’s own branding
- Shared management across three locations
- Current offers and information in one place

The receipt is the starting point.
Buy and scan
Guests scan the QR code on a supported receipt. The purchase is credited within the configured points programme.
See points and benefits
The customer view shows points, loyalty rank and the customer card. Welcome and birthday promotions, along with referrals, complement the programme.
Discover and redeem rewards
The catalogue presents available rewards. Guests choose what suits their visit, with staff supporting redemption.
The identity stays their own.
The ’n Eis zapfen logo, colours and voice shape the customer view. Points, rewards and messages feel part of the business. Offers and news are available where guests already use their loyalty programme.
These captures document the application at the time. Visible balances and counters are not reported project results.
Three locations. Centrally managed.
Administration brings together customers, transactions, rewards and campaigns. Ronny can understand how the programme is used and update its content. A shared foundation makes it easier to maintain across locations.
The project connects a branded customer interface with administration behind the scenes. Technical setup and personal support help align the rules and day-to-day use with the business.
“Instead of wasting time with tedious research, just ask Daniel directly. He has the necessary know-how, thinks ahead, and quickly finds suitable solutions for IT problems of any scale.”
