Liability for content

As a service provider, I am responsible for my own content on these pages in accordance with the general law. Under Articles 4 to 8 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act), however, as a service provider I am not obliged to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored by me in general, or to actively seek facts or circumstances indicating illegal activity.

This does not affect obligations under the general law to remove or block the use of information. Liability in this respect, however, only arises from the moment I become aware of a specific infringement. As soon as I become aware of any such infringement, I will remove the content concerned without delay.
