Do you run a fitness studio?
Access control, point of sale, member management, Wi-Fi and cameras place their own demands on infrastructure. There is a dedicated page for that.

What does ongoing IT management cost?
A fixed monthly fee, depending on scope and the number of devices. You get the exact quote after the initial call.
Do you work remotely or on-site?
Most of it runs via remote maintenance. For hardware and networks I also come on-site in Chemnitz and the surrounding area.
Do you take over existing infrastructure?
Yes. After taking stock I take over your systems, a complete rebuild is not necessary.
How fast do you respond to an outage?
Tiered by contract, as typical target values: standard within 24 to 48 hours, premium within 4 hours, and as fast as possible in an emergency, including weekends. Binding response times are agreed in an SLA.
Is my data GDPR compliant?
Yes. Processing runs on EU servers. Where I process personal data on your behalf, we conclude a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR before processing starts.
Do you design and manage UniFi networks?
Yes. UniFi is my preferred stack for gateways, switching, PoE, business Wi-Fi and optional Protect or Access. I handle assessment, design, installation, documentation and, if required, ongoing operations.
