What services do you offer?

I offer three core areas: Software development (fullstack development, API design, databases, web and desktop applications), IT infrastructure (servers, cloud, network, DevOps) and consulting (IT strategy, process optimization, project support). Depending on the project, I can deliver individual areas or a complete solution from one source.

Do you work remotely or on-site?

Both are possible. As a local IT partner in Chemnitz, I'm available for personal meetings and on-site appointments. The actual development work is usually done remotely, with regular check-ins to stay in touch. For infrastructure projects, I'm naturally also on-site.

Which technologies do you use?

My focus is on .NET/C#, TypeScript and React for development. For databases, I work with SQL Server, PostgreSQL and Supabase. For DevOps, I use Docker, CI/CD pipelines and cloud services like Azure. However, the technology choice always depends on the project requirements.

How does a typical project work?

First, we clarify your requirements and goals in a free initial consultation. Then I create an offer with scope and timeline. After commissioning, implementation begins in close coordination with you – with regular updates and interim presentations. Finally, handover takes place with documentation and optional training.

Do you also take on smaller projects?

Yes, I work on both larger projects and smaller tasks such as bug fixes, extensions to existing systems, or one-time consultations. There is no minimum scope – just contact me.

How much does the collaboration cost?

The costs depend on the project scope. I work with hourly rates or fixed prices depending on the project. For more complex projects, I create a detailed offer after the initial consultation. The initial consultation itself is free and non-binding.

Do you offer maintenance and support after project completion?

Yes, long-term support is important to me. I write code that is still maintainable in two years and optionally offer maintenance contracts for continuous support, updates, and further development.

Why should I work with you instead of an agency?

With me, you have a direct contact person without detours. Decisions are made quickly, communication is direct, and you know exactly who is working on your project. This often means faster implementation and better value for money.

Cloudflare

We use the Content Delivery Network (CDN) from Cloudflare Germany GmbH, Rosental 7, c/o Mindspace, 80331 Munich, Germany (Cloudflare) to increase the security and delivery speed of our website. This corresponds to our legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). A CDN is a network of globally distributed servers that can deliver content to website users in an optimized manner. For this purpose, personal data may be processed in Cloudflare's server log files.

Cloudflare is the recipient of your personal data and acts as a processor for us. This corresponds to our legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR in not operating our own content delivery network.

Support Portal and Ticket System (Jira Service Management)

For processing support requests, we use the ticket system Jira Service Management. The provider is Atlassian Pty Ltd, Level 6, 341 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia, and for the European region Atlassian B.V., c/o Atlassian, Inc., 350 Bush Street, Floor 13, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA.

When you submit a request via our support form, the following data is collected and processed:

Server location: We use Atlassian Cloud's EU data residency. Data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers in the EU (Frankfurt and Dublin).

Legal basis: Processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract performance or pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient processing of support requests).

Data processing: A Data Processing Addendum pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR exists with Atlassian, which includes EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Atlassian is certified according to ISO 27001, ISO 27018, and SOC 2.

Retention period: Support tickets are stored for the duration of processing and for a reasonable period for documentation and quality assurance purposes. Data is deleted no later than 36 months after ticket closure, unless legal retention obligations apply.

Email Delivery via Resend

We use Resend for sending emails from the contact form. The provider is Plus Five Five, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA.

When you use the contact form, your entered data (name, email address, phone number if provided, and message) is transmitted via Resend's servers to deliver the email to us.

Server location: We use Resend's EU region (Ireland, eu-west-1) for email delivery. Email processing therefore takes place on servers within the European Union.

Data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in reliable email delivery). Resend processes the data on our behalf and is contractually obligated pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR to process the data only according to our instructions. Resend has published a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) including EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Customer Data and Invoicing

Accounting (sevDesk)

For accounting and invoicing, we use the cloud-based accounting software sevDesk. The provider is sevDesk GmbH, Im unteren Angel 1, 77652 Offenburg, Germany.

As part of a business relationship, the following customer data is processed in sevDesk:

Server location: Data is stored on servers in Germany (AWS Frankfurt).

Data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract performance) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR (fulfillment of legal obligations, particularly tax and commercial law retention requirements). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR exists with sevDesk. sevDesk is GoBD-certified and GDPR-compliant.

Invoice Delivery via Email (SMTP2GO)

For sending invoices and business emails, we use the service SMTP2GO. The provider is SMTP2GO, EPIC Centre, 96-106 Manchester Street, Christchurch 8011, New Zealand.

When sending invoices, the following data is transmitted via SMTP2GO:
